We gladly accept returns of unopened products for full refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of purchase. We fully guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, for a period of one year and will accept any opened defective items for full refund or exchange. In all cases of defective items, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. The customer is responsible for any shipping or any returns/exchanges with the sole exception of manufacturer defect or the wrong item being received.

 

We will not accept returns on modified or altered merchandise even in the case of a manufacturer defect.
